He is survived by: his significant other Bernadette "Bernie" Lepowsky (Pawlik); his children, Melissa Huff (Dave Berkheimer) of Wellsville and Dennis Lepowsky Jr. (Melissa) of Girard; his grandchildren, Forrest Huff (Alyssa Myers), Grace Huff and London Lepowsky; his brother Charles Lepowsky II (Joann) of Biloxi, MS; and his pug Ellie.
