He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Paul and Kathryn May Martig (Mountz) of Salem, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Dale Ann Martig; his siblings, Linda Sartwell (Richard) of Newberg, Oregon and Keith Martig (Corrine) of Salem; his children, Julie Martig of Minerva, Crist Martig (Yenere) of Salem, Susan Martig of Chicago, Illinois and Laura Martig of Salem; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Blackburn (Kirk Massey) of Grand Junction, Michigan, Zach Norris, Christian, Isabel and Maggie Martig.
