He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Maloney and Betty Lee Maloney (Agar); and his brother-in-law Dale Fisher. He is survived by: his siblings, Patty Fisher of Colliers, WV, Lisa Maloney of Follansbee, WV and Donald (Debra) of Follansbee, WV; his former wife Kayanna Shaffer of Wellsburg, WV; and his close friend Bill Ripley of Salem, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
