He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Halverstadt and Richard Halverstadt; his brother Randy; and his daughter Rachel. He is survived by: his children, Brad, Matthew, Thomas, Katie, Molly and Daniel; and his brother Don. He is also survived by many grandchildren and other relatives.
