He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Jones (Tim) of Toledo, Samantha Formet (Chad) of Canton, Carla Gbur of Salem and Niki Elwell of Sebring; his sister Deborah Winter (Bill) of Salem; and his grandchildren, Brycen, Delaney Jones, Beau, Max Formet and Gage Elwell. He is also survived by his niece and multiple nephews.
