He was predeceased by: his parents, David Fowler and Mary Fowler (Woodcock). He is survived by: his sons, Chad D. Fowler of Salem, Zachary T. Fowler of Salem and Benjamin T. Fowler (Kimberly) of Salem; and his siblings, Tammy Hartman of Salem, Michael Fowler (Tammy) of Salem and Mark Fowler (Peggy) of Salem. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
