He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ford and Faith Ford (Dell); his brothers, Bryce and Daniel Ford; and his nephew Jefferson Ford.

He is survived by: his children, Arthur Ford (Kimberly) of Salem, David Ford of Akron, Anna Colalilo (Joseph) of Fairbanks, Elizabeth Conley (Michael) of Maineville and Marella Brown (Troy) of Mineral City; his daughter-in-law Teresa Ford (Jefferson) of Fairbanks, Alaska.; and his siblings, Nathan Kimber Ford (Janet) of Salem, Paul Ford (Tonya) of North Pole, Grace Hofacker of Guilford Lake and Joy Westmoreland of Salem, Ohio.. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren and numerous loved ones and friends.

The family has requested that donations be made to Sophia Womens Center 1830 South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, Ohio 44460.
