He is survived by: his children, David Mercer (Jacqueline), Tiffany Spotteson (Ralph) and Adam Mercer; and his siblings, Delores Davis (Ronald) of Cambridge Springs, PA, Donna Davis (James) of Meadville, PA and Darryl Zirkle (Becky) of Cambridge Springs, PA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
