He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harvey Carlisle and Norma Carlisle. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Breault and Sharon Breault (Carlisle) of Salem; his wife Misty Breault (Wardell); his son David A. Breault Jr.; and his sister Ashley Potter (Bryon) of Tennessee.
