He is survived by: his wife Betty Nolan (Wiley); his children, Darla Shaffer (Scott) of Du Bois, PA, David Nolan (Kelley) of Salem, Kevin Nolan of Salem and Billy Nolan (Rachael Martin) of Salem; his grandchildren, Travis Nolan, Nicole Noel Nolan, Patrick Finnegin (Taylor), Tristan Shaffer, Arah Hope Shaffer (Matt Nickerson) and Seneca Grace Shaffer (Nathan Galentine); and his sisters, Donna Lyons (Russell), Kay Herbst (Junior), Rosalie Allen and Patty Forrester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
