He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Lutz and Dorothy Jane Lutz Sr. (McGuinn); and his siblings, James "Muck" Lutz, William "Willie" Lutz, Patricia "Patty" Lutz, Donald "Duke" Lutz and Linda Lutz.
He is survived by: his uncle Bud. He is also survived by nephews, including many great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to help the family with final arrangements towards the loss of their beloved uncle.
