He was predeceased by: his parents, Griffen R. Douty and Nellie Douty (Robinson); and his wife Grace Douty (Mick). He is survived by: his sons, Allan Dale Douty (Alice) of Deerfield, Steven Paul Douty (Karen) of Boardman and Donald Eric Douty (Debbie) of Salem; and his half-brother David Douty of West Virginia. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
