He is survived by: his wife Deborah Smith (Myers); his children, Tonya Kirchgessner (John) of Salem, Tracie Smith of Salem and Chris Smith (Lori) of Stow; his grandchildren, Brandon, Mariah, Samuel, Madison, Allyson, Kaleb, Hazel and Holly; his great grandchildren, Leah, Craig, Winter and James; and his siblings, Doug Smith (Jenny) and Penny Jo Kuttler (Dave) of Salem.
