He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kale and Gloria Kale (Krepps). He is survived by: his children, Bethany Perkins (Robert), Krista Kale, Josh Kale and Anthony Ardeno; his grandchildren, Jacob Bainbridge, Noah Perkins, Trae Perkins, Trevor Perkins, Vincent Mendez and Oliver Mendez; his siblings, Tom Kale (Mindy), Dwain Kale (Susan) and Becky Geisel (Sam); and his close friend Linda Smith.
