He was predeceased by: his father Richard Allen Farmer; and his grandparents, Leonard Pastore, Leland Farmer and Donna Farmer-Hannah. He is survived by: his mother Rita Farmer (Pastore); his daughters, Destiny Lynn Mary Farmer of Salem and Kailee Elisabeth Farmer of Lisbon; his brother Brandon Scott Farmer of Salem; and his grandmother Virginia Dorothy Pastore of Lisbon.
