She was predeceased by: her parents, John Winters and Ruth Cehrs Winters; her sisters, Janet Dalton, Rosetta Humphreys and Dolores Witherow; and her niece Marie Cantwell.
She is survived by: her sister Evelyn Hall of Leetonia; her nieces and nephews, Beth Hall, Monica Janiak, Krissy Villatoro, Peggy Dalton, Charlotte Schmidt, Annette Vanhorn, Amy Falk, Alicia McCoy, John Hall, Shane Dalton and John Humphreys; her brother-in-law Dave Witherow; and her close friend Kenny Miller.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the family will be having a private memorial service at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia, with Pastor Teresa Smolka officiating.
