Though Charlotte may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Helen Barnes Smith; her husband James Henry McLaughlin; and her siblings, Thelma L. Vollnogle, Keith Smith and Dean Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Pennell (Jeff) of Columbiana, Bonnie Lewis (Richard) of New Middletown, Jim McLaughlin Jr. (Lori) of Leetonia and Patricia O'Rourke of Bean Station, TN; and her sister Janet Brooks of Mesa, AZ.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home (28 N Main St, Columbiana, OH 44408). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
