He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shelley and Gertrude Gillan (Bucher); and his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Charles Shelley III (Kathryn) of Anchorage, AK, Don Shelley (Debra) of Canfield, Mary Ann Korff (Mark) of Salem and John Shelley of Salem; his brother Bob Shelley (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Joshua, Chas, Ashley, Alexis, Kristin and Emily. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
