Charles Phillis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Phillis of Salem, Ohio, who passed away on July 27, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian "Liz" Phillis. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Ritchie of Salem and Dale Phillis (Tracy) of Sebring; and his grandchildren, Tracy Phillis Randolph (Curtis) and Gary Kitts (Jen). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
