He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Kisner Sr. (Snyder); his wife Sandra Kisner (Cope) of Salem; his children, Josh Kisner of Salem, Trent Cope of Salem, Jarrod Kisner of Salem, Autumn Cope of Salem, Sky Cope of Salem, Jennifer Kisner of Salem and Brittany Kisner of Alliance; his father Charles Kisner Sr.; and his siblings, Christine Kisner of Salem, Debbie Kisner, Michael Kisner (Becky) of Tylsa, OK and Eric Kisner (Mindy) of Akron. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
