We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2021, at the age of 72, Cecil Rhodes of Salem, Ohio, born in Maysel, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil B. Rhodes and Dana Rhodes (Dawson); his brothers, Joseph Rhodes and Calvin; and his son Geofrey Rhodes.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rhodes (Smith); his children, Steven Rhodes of St. Albans, WV and Elizabeth Criswell (Nick) of Ravenna; and his siblings, Gloria Truman, Janet Davis, Donald, Daniel and Emmett Rhodes. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
