It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Jones of Salem, Ohio, born in Alliance, Ohio, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kennett D. Engle and Helen Engle (Renkenberger); and her brother Richard D. Engle. She is survived by: her friend Betty; her daughters, Linda M. Fridley (Donald) of Niles and Sandra D. Mitchell (Robert) of Ellsworth; her grandchildren, Donald Fridley III (Sara), Tyler Sefcik (Bob), Rachel Fridley, Chrissy Jakubek (Joe) and Carla Petrey (Tim); and her sister Darlene Mix (Delbert) of Berlin Center. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the rise in COVID 19 cases the family suggests masks to be worn and social distancing will be followed.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Betty's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
