She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul H. Christen and Maude Christen (Henry); her husband Kenneth L. Cook; her daughter Mary Lou Paulin; her brother Glenn R. Christen; her stepmother Helen Pressell Christen; her stepbrother John Pressell; and her sons-in-law, Harry Paulin and Fred McClellan.

She is survived by : her daughter Sandra McClellan of Mogadore; and her grandchildren, Sharon McCloud (Jammy) of Waverly, TN, Terri Burns (Edward) of Mogadore and Shannon Zahr (Tom) of Richmond, TX. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home (1014 E State St, Salem, OH 44460). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
