He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Scott and Sara Mae Moore (DeLancey); and his brother Richard Moore. He is survived by: his wife Margaret L. Moore (Haggerty); his daughters, Gail Berger of Damascus and Sandra Wilmoth (Tim) of Salem; his grandchildren, Bernard Moore II (Jill) of Eldridge, IA, Shane Berger (Caryn) of Columbus, Amanda Berger (Jason Gorby) of Sebring and Lydia Wilmoth of Salem; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Moore, Levi Moore, Liam Berger, Dominic Berger, Quinn Berger, Abigail Carver and Michael Rodriguez; and his siblings, Thomas Moore (Chris) of DuBois, PA and Nancy McMillen (John) of Mansfield.
