He was predeceased by: his siblings, Naomi Goodman Barbara Knopp, Maribelle Barth, Howard, Gerry, Robert, Butch and David Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Fowler (Carpenter); his children, Terry Fowler (Terri) of Salem and Tammy Barkley (Fred) of Salem; and his grandchildren, Peter Fowler (Mandy), Andrew Fowler (Rekha), Matthew Fowler (Jessica), Sarah Hodgson (Stephen), Marcus Barkley (Alyssa) and Zachary Barkley (Winter). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
