She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Barnes and Barthelia Barnes (Bartelson). She is survived by: her husband John Christopher of Salem; her brother Donald Barnes Jr. (Yvonne) of Myrtle Beach; her son Jeffrey Christopher (Jennifer) of Salem; and her grandsons, Hunter Christopher of Salem and Cameron Christopher of Salem. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
