She is survived by: her husband Shantol Velez; her children, Dallas Helman, Robyn Parrish and Sebastian Velez; her stepson James Bannerman; her siblings, Steve Fatherly (Amy), Susan Moser (Victor), Rhonda Coil (Jeff) and Bruce Fatherly (Nicole); and her grandchildren, Gabby, Emmet, Riley and Kameron. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
