He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Rogers and Goldie Rogers (Wolcott); his wife Lacey Ann Rogers (Perkins); his siblings, Stella, Edna Rogers, Ronald and Morris Rogers; and his nephew Kent Rogers.
He is survived by: his sons, Vernon Michael Rogers (Cheryl) and William Marc Rogers (Ann); his grandchildren, Catherine Ann, Melissa Rogers and Courtney Peck (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Madison, Hayden, Holdyn, Adalyn, Emery and Miles; his brother James Rogers; his nephew Brett Rogers; and his friends, Gus Wilkins (Gussy) and Gary "Dinger" Yinger.
