He is survived by: his parents, Roberta "Bobbi" Evilsizor (Tyler Foster) and Anthony Thomas; his sister Penny Laine; his son Brock; his girlfriend Nevaeh Brown; his siblings, Karidy, Raylan, Sadie and Korlee'Ann; his stepsiblings, Tyler Jr., Macklyn, Klayre, Westly, Harris and Nayvee; his aunts and uncles, Stefanie Price (Anthony), Sarah Headley (Nathan), Desiree Evilsizor (Adam Rood), Haley Thomas, Hannah Thomas, Emily Bowers (Joe), Rodger Thomas, Hunter Neer, Jason Morgan (Kim) and Eric Evilsizor (Nicole); his grandparents, Roger Thomas (Kathy), Tammy Gibson, Deborah Cannon (William) and Shelly Neer (Brian); his cousin Shayne Gill (Cassie); his close friends, Sam Hart, Chris Reynolds and Robert Baum; and his cousin Payson Bowshier. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and close friends.
