He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frock and Sylvia Frock (Mercer); his son Larry Frock; and his brothers, Dave Frock, Ralph Frock, Ernie Frock, Ronnie Frock and Richard Frock.

He is survived by: his wife Diana Frock (Martin); his children, Gary Frock (Deanna), Linda Barnhart, Dan Frock, Tim Frock, Bill Frock (Teresa) and Aaron Rodgers (Peggy); and his sister Nadine Smedley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
