He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Wayne and Willadene Turner (Bennett); his daughter Lina "Jeannie" Turner; his brother Willis Wayne Turner; and also Roberta Ward (Les).
He is survived by: his wife Vivian "Vivie" H. Turner (Monroe); his daughter Rebecca Bowers; and his siblings, Roland Turner (Karen), Ricky L. Turner, Donn Yoesting (Lynn), Joan Minter (Donn) and Lois Goodwin (Pete). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Atkins Shively & Vernon Funeral Home in the care of the family.
