She was predeceased by: her parents, George Culp and Julia Culp of Scioto County; and her sisters, Helen Motter, Charlotte Cutcher and Wiladean Fraley.
She is survived by: her husband C. Frank Jackson; her sister Juanita Banner; her children, Penny L Skinner (Russell) of St. Paris, OH, Teresa D Mathews (Gene) of Dryridge, KY, Sonya F Stonerock (Brett) of St. Paris, OH and Chad M Jackson of St. Paris, OH.; and her grandchildren, David, Joseph, Chaz, Blake, Jamie, Faith and Grant.
