He is survived by: his wife Teresa Davis (Rockhold); his daughters, Danielle Davis (Nicole) and Jessica Florkowski (Brown); his grandsons, Samuel Dean, Lincoln Brian and Cooper Daniel; and his brothers, Dean Davis (Judy) and Don Davis (Barb). He is also survived by three nieces.
