She is survived by: her husband Marvin L. Koeper; her sons, Mike Koeper of St. Marys, OH and Neil Koeper (Amy) of Wapakoneta, OH; her grandchildren, Tara Alexander (David), Nathan Koeper, Keely Koeper and Dalton; and her great grandchildren, Kole and Blaize.
