He is survived by: his children, Thomas "TJ" Smith (TJ) of Saint Marys, OH, Tasha Berkhalter (Jordi) of Lima, OH and Shayna Amato (Sephen) of New Haven, CT; his siblings, Kathleen Bash (Scott) of Lima, OH, Kim Wright (Randy) of Harrod, OH and Nancy Armstrong (Clay) of Shreveport, LA; and his former wife Vickie Shurelds of Lima, OH.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, his extended family consists of numerous nieces and nephews and his.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805).
