She is survived by: her husband James E. Cook; and her children, Timothy Cook (Diana) of St. Henry, OH, Brenda (Ken Goettemoeller) of St. Marys, OH, Ronald Cook of St. Marys, OH, Todd Cook (Tonja) of Canal Winchester, OH, Peg Meeker (Shawn) of St. Marys, OH and Dan Cook (Patti) of St. Marys, OH. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren 30 great-grandchildren.
