He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Opperman and Henrietta Opperman (Egbert); and his father-in-law Paul Axe. He is survived by: his children, Sally Schwab (David) of Dublin, Ohio, Michael Opperman of Saint Marys and Benjamin Opperman (Jill) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Makayla, Avery, Jocelyn, Haylee, Sophia, Kirstyn, Hayden and Gavin; his sister Karla Curta (Michael) of Aurora, Colorado.; and his mother-in-law Lois Axe of Saint Marys.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1605 Celina Rd, St Marys, OH 45885). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Saturday at the funeral home, where, in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Auglaize County.
