She is survived by: her mother Christian Melesky of St. Marys, OH; her siblings, Ny'la, Payetynn, Elaina, Alliah and Daxton; her grandparents, Nicole Ickes (Daniel) of St. Marys, OH, Frank Melesky of Celina, OH, Christopher Slone of St. Marys, OH and Penny Hazelton (Paul) of Findlay, OH; her great-grandparents, Norman Stewart (Barbara) of Missouri and Larry Freewalt (Kelly) of St. Marys, OH; and her godmother Kristi Reedy of Wapakoneta, OH. She is also survived by extended family which includes numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
