He is survived by: his wife Ruth Henning; his children, Tamara McEvoy (Bruce) of Midland, Ohio, Diane Steen (Jack) of Celina, Ron Griesdorn (Gina) of Mendon, Larry Griesdorn (Lesa) of Lima and Zachery Micheal of Saint Marys; his brother Donald Griesdorn (Pat) of Naples, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Griesdorn of Loveland, Erma Griesdorn of Columbus, Paul Henning (Mary) of Saint Marys and Betty Henning of Kentucky. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
