He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendo Stienecker and Clara Stienecker (Hunter); his brother Marvin Stienecker (Dorthory); and his great grandchild Haleigh Albers. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ickes Stienecker; and his children, Mark Stienecker, Scott Stienecker (Marilyn), Doug Sterling (Tom Poston), Don Sterling (April), Jean Kiefer (Dave) and Tim Hastreiter (Lisa Rupert).
