He is survived by: his children, Robert Cowgill, Jr. (Heather) of Fairfield, Ohio, Teresa Oseguera (Carlos) of Weston and April Cowgill of Saint Marys; his stepchildren, Kelly James Cowgill of Monroe, Ohio and Candy Bellamy of Huber Heights; his grandchildren, Emily Crow, Samantha Crow, Graci West, James West, Jessie Bailey, Tyler Combs, Autumn Martinez, Jesse Oseguera, Chase Cowgill, Kole Cowgill and Erica Combs; his stepgrandchildren, Alexis Bellamy, Taylor Bellamy and Kyle Bellamy; his great grandchild Tierni Baker-Combs; his stepgrandson Tanner Combs; and his siblings, Butch Cowgill, Judy Cowgill and Judy Clemens.
