With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phyllis Jean Ray-Ward of Saint Marys, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Phyllis left this world on December 16, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Steinke and Rosa Steinke; her spouse Hasroe Ward; her sons, Michael Ray (Fran), Bill Ray (Angie) and Jeff Ray (Donna); her granddaughter Bethany Ray; her brothers, Danny Steinke and Ivan Steinke; and her siblings-in-law, Deb Steinke and Dale McGlothen.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Ray (Lynne), James Ray (Krissy) and Neal Ray (Tori); her close friend Janice Dysert; her pet Harley; her siblings, Elsie McGlothen, Diane Davis (Tim) and Frank Steinke (Deb); her sister-in-law Dawn Steinke; and her daughter-in-law Fran Ray. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1605 Celina Rd, St Marys, OH 45885).
