With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Edward Kelley in Saint Marys, Ohio, born in Ironton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 7, 2024 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Kelley and Ruth Waller Kelley; and his sister Carolyn Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kelley of Getaway, OH; his children, Michelle Lauder of South Point, OH, Paula Markham of Tennessee and Mark Kelley of Tennessee; his sister Jeannie Wilson (Randy) of Marysville, OH; his mother-in-law Wilma Littrell of Owensboro, KY; and his brother-in-law Kevin Littrell of Owensboro. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins and friends.
