She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlen Williams and Olene Williams; and her husband Otis Fulks. She is survived by: her son Willie Fulks (Tammy) of Scottown, Ohio; her grandchildren, Chad Fulks, Todd Fulks (Rebecca) and Destiney Davis (Nathaniel); her great grandchildren, Brayden, Noah Davis, Kinley and Emmett Fulks; her brothers, Bobby Williams (Delores) of Crown City and Kenny Williams (Pam) of Gallipolis, Ohio; and her nieces, Robin, Jessica, Brittani and Whitney.
