She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tobens and Appolona Tobens (Naseman); her husband Richard Imwalle; her siblings, Bob Tobens, Carol Long, Margaret Tobens and Beck Rhodes; her son David Imwalle; her sister-in-law Alice Tobens; her aunt Adeline Kleinhenz; her grandsons, John Brower and Battle David Imwalle; and her great grandchild Lance Zwiebel.
She is survived by: her children, Sonnie Bernardi (Robert) of Celina, Allen Imwalle (Karen) of Saint Marys, Cindy Steinke (Stan) of Wapakoneta, Rick Imwalle (Tori) of Saint Marys, Kim Imwalle of Celina, Holly Kurtz (Mike) of Farmersville, Ohio, Tammy Imwalle of Dayton and Scott Imwalle (Jemma) of Wallace; and her stepchildren, Rick Scherer (Melissa) of Vandalia and Mary Jenkins (Keith) of Vandalia. She is also survived by her 28 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.
In accordance with the orders of Governor Mike Dewine, and the Ohio Department of Health during the pandemic, private, family only funeral rites will be held 2:00 P. M. Friday, April 17, 2020, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, the Reverend Barry Stechschulte, officiant.
