She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lee and Clara Lee (Haithcock); her husband William W. Keith, Jr.; her daughters, Diane Fillmore and Kathleen Keith; her sisters, Grace Spence, Shirley Lee and Betty Lee; and her half-brother Leonard.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Keith of Lima, OH, Doug Keith (Laura Larson) of St. Marys, OH, David Keith of St. Marys, OH and Allen Keith of Chicago, IL; and her brother Richard Lee (Ruth) of Sidney, OH.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
