He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Margaret Slone, Charles Slone and Vicki Hughes; and his aunt Tami Slone Perez. He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Slone (Brenda) of Saint Marys and Penny Hazelton (Paul) of Findlay; his fiancé Christian Melesky; his children, Alliah Slone of Saint Marys, Elaina Slone of Pandora and Payetynn Slone of Pandora; his grandfather Larry Freewalt (Kelly) of Saint Marys; his siblings, Crystal Slaven (Chad) of Saint Marys, Taylor Paynter (Fred) of Pandora, Hunter Bradshaw of Dunkirk and Colton Bradshaw of Pandora; his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Logan, Isabella Slaven of Saint Marys, Benjamin Slone, Paisley Paynter, Waylon Paynter of Pandora, Nevaeh Bradshaw of Leipsic, Easton Allen of Van Wert and Esmae Bradshaw of Pandora; and also, Nyla and Daxton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
