He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wendeln and Roseann Wendeln (Dirksen); and his grandparents, Eugene, Josephine Dirksen (Fullenkamp), Joseph and Marie Wendeln (Chilcoat).
He is survived by: his siblings, Ben Wendeln, Grant Wendeln and Leanne Wendeln; and his niece Emily.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home (61 S Hanover St, Minster, OH 45865). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Augustine Church (48 N Hanover St, Minster, OH 45865). A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at the St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 4 to 7 PM and on Saturday March 15 from 8:30 to 9:00 AM., In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for mental health awareness.
