He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Moeller and Wilma Knatz Moeller. He is survived by: his wife Debra Seibert; his parents-in-law, Jean Stueve (Ralph) of Minster and Beverly Hoenie (Jerry) of Rockford; his niece Missy Schmitmeyer (Justin) of Minster; and his nephew Jason Stueve of Osgood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
