He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mihm and Marie Mihm (Henline); his son Shannon Mihm; his siblings, Bobby J. Mihm, Ronnie Mihm, Denny Mihm, Mike Mihm, Sonnie Smith, Glenda Ginter and Arlinda Mihm; his brothers-in-law, John Smith, Ernie Ginter, Louis Boltz (Toot) and Charles Boltz (Chucky); his stepmother Kathleen Mihm (Kate); and his parents-in-law, Louis C. and Millicent Chiles Boltz.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Aileen Boltz; his son Lance Mihm; his grandchildren, Juliana Mihm, Caedyn Mihm and Ava Mihm; his siblings, Jim Mihm (Earlene Schaaf), Carol Pence (Bill), Donna Jean Anderson (Denny), Michele Springer and Deloris Bailey (Greg); his sisters-in-law, Donna Mihm and Beverly Ward (Carl); and his stepsisters, Cindy Coolidge and Brenda Cordray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
